Create tasks and projects from messy notes with Notion Agent

Notion Agent is great at turning messy, unstructured notes into neatly organized tasks. In this case, a long Notion page full of research notes and a few interspersed to-do blocks gets transformed into both a project and its associated tasks. (Those tasks also get a “Created by AI” tag to distinguish them from your own.)

Notion Agent’s instructions page means that Notion AI even knows which databases to refer to when creating this new project—a detail that saves your Agent time spent looking through unrelated parts of your workspace. And even though the prompt asks Notion Agent to summarize the task, the full, original text is inserted into the task’s page, just in case the summary doesn’t jog your memory.
