What is The Notion Experience?
We design Notion operating systems that help founders, creators, and small teams run their work with more clarity, structure, and control. Notion is the platform, but what we actually build and sell is a system: something that reduces friction, keeps priorities visible, and holds up as your business grows.
What do you offer?
Three ways to work with us. Templates are ready-to-use Notion systems you duplicate and set up yourself. Consulting covers everything from a single audit call to a fully custom, done-for-you workspace build. The Academy teaches the thinking behind the systems, so you can design and maintain your own long term.

Founders, operators, consultants, creators, and small business teams who have outgrown ad-hoc tools and spreadsheets and want one trusted system instead of information scattered across Notion, email, and chat.
Templates
What license do I get with a template?
Every template comes with a personal, non-exclusive, perpetual license to duplicate it into your own Notion workspace and use it for personal or business use. The copy is yours and your data stays private. The original template file itself may not be redistributed, resold, or shared publicly.
Can I use a template on Notion's free plan?
Our templates are built to work well within Notion's standard workspace structure, so most people can start on the free plan. A few features, such as guest sharing or certain automations on larger systems, work better on a paid Notion plan.
Do you offer refunds on templates?
Refund terms follow the policy of the store where you purchased the template, whether that is the Notion Marketplace, Gumroad, or our own website. Reach out and we will point you to the right place.

Consulting & Custom Workspace Builds
What consulting services do you offer?
Five ways to work with us directly, in order of scope. A Workspace Audit Call (€75, 45 minutes live) gives you a clear verdict on what is actually costing you time. A Workspace Audit & Optimization (€290, delivered within five working days) is a full recorded teardown of your workspace with a written action plan. A Deep Dive Session (€150, 90 minutes live) fixes one specific problem live, while you watch. A Custom Workspace Build (from €950, typically three to eight weeks) is a complete system designed and built around how you actually operate. Monthly Office Hours (€120 per month) keeps an existing system clean as your business grows. Details for each are on Notion Consulting Services.
I'm not sure which service I need. Where should I start?
Start with the Workspace Audit Call. It gives you a straight answer about what your workspace actually needs, and if you book anything else within 30 days, the €75 is credited against it.
How much does a custom workspace build cost?
Projects start at €950 and the final price depends on scope. We quote after a discovery call, never before, since quoting a build nobody has understood yet is how projects go wrong.
How do I book a call?

Do you work with teams, not just solo founders?
Yes. Consulting and custom workspace builds both work for small teams as well as solopreneurs. The discovery process is what determines the right structure either way.
